With all of the investment required for a credible online and social presence today, it makes sense to regularly evaluate these efforts and determine your ROI.
The good news is that there are lots of great tools to help you do some analysis and put some benchmarks in place. A few that we have found interesting and useful include: Hubspot, Twittalizer, Google Analytics, TwitterCounter and Google Alerts. This is by no means a comprehensive list, as there are there are many, many more tools available. With the exception of Google Analytics, which we use almost daily, we turn to these tools as often as possible to learn what our online visibility is and how we are performing in comparison to others.
Below are the latest numbers we have posted from HubSpot (website, blog and Twitter Grader), Twittalizer and TwitterCounter. They provide insights and help us get up to speed on what we could be doing better to increase our online visibility, enhance our social graph and measure our participation in the connected and increasingly social web.
